Appointment Booking Policy

Appointments: All Tallawah Immigration Consulting appointments are subject to a non-refundable $40 CAD fee. All appointments must be booked in advance through our official website’s online booking system .

Availability: Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. However, appointments must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the intended meeting date.
​
Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or message from Tallawah Immigration Consulting. Please ensure you receive this confirmation before making any arrangements.
​
We strongly advise booking your appointment well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
Refund Policy
​
All Tallawah Immigration Consulting appointments are subject to a non-refundable $40 CAD fee and may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the intended meeting date.
​
Cancellation at least 24 Hours in Advance: Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before their scheduled time, may be eligible for a partial refund, less the non-refundable $40 CAD fee.
​
No-Show Appointments and cancellations less than 24 hours in advance: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or provide at least 24 hours prior notice of cancellation will result in a 100% forfeiture of appointment fees. No refunds partial or otherwise will be given in such cases.

Refunds for Professional Services: Tallawah Immigration Consulting offers professional services subject to non-refundable administrative fees once rendered. A detailed overview of applicable professional and administrative fees is provided within our Service Agreement (formerly retainer agreement) for reference.
​
Refund Processing Times: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
